The Brochier Soieries Group was created in Lyon in 1890 and has been working mainly for Haute Couture, a domain where its technical knowledge regarding the Jacquard weaving techniques make possible the creation of some very innovative fabrics. In 1999,the first wedding dress made of a luminous fabric was created for Olivier Lapidus. The Group therefore launched Brochier Technologies to develop Lightex® lighting solutions.
Brochier Technologies permisses are based in the Rhone Alpes province in France.
The technics is being developed in the R&D laboratory along with different partners. Its success is due to a multidisciplinary technical team who have a solid know-how in the fields of textile, electronics, optics, mechanics, and chemistry.
Today, Brochier Technologies owns several wordwilde patents and pursues strong activity in the industrial property domain.
