Along with France Télécom R&D, Brochier Technologies created the first fibre-optic screens (patented technology). In 2002 this screen received the innovation award at the AVANTEX trade show in Frankfort.

One of the principles of the Lightex® technology is the capacity of making dynamic lighting areas “by sectors” thanks to the combination of Jacquard weaving, which permits to create optical fibre networks with several light sources connected to these sectors”.

An electronic control of the LEDS and a control device by PC or a cellular phone, allows to have active luminous areas which can display dynamic and renewable graphic contents.
